Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to purchase products or services with Marcel of London Jewellery & Fashion accessories you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Marcel of London and/or our payment engine provider partner retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted our payment engine provider will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with.

- Pricing and Availability

⦁ Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier (Royal mail or Parcel Force), depending on size and weight.

⦁ If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
⦁ Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
⦁ Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
⦁ In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.
⦁ Orders placed between Monday and Friday, must be placed by 6pm to ensure delivery the next day.
⦁ Orders placed all day Saturday and up to 2pm Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
⦁ Orders placed on a bank holiday will be delivered in 2 working days.
⦁ We will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. Our carrier does not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

⦁ Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 – 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
- If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
- If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
- International
International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.

. Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.
The summary of delivery timescales and cost are as follows:
⦁ Your order will be dispatched via the Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on size and weight.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you aren&rquot;t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
- Returns
⦁ We know you will love your Marcel of London purchases. But, in the rare case you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item for a full merchandise credit good for one (1) year from date of original purchase*. Because of Health & Safety reasons earrings once purchased cannot be returned.
*In the event you must return an item, all returns must be postmarked back to our address within seven (7) business days of receipt. If the item is being returned due to a defect, it will be replaced. Original and return shipping and insurance is not refundable.
Please follow these steps to ensure a speedy and proper return:
- Contact Marcel of London (returns@marceloflondon.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Package the item in its original packing materials including original receipt with your RMA number written on the top. All items must be in original (new) condition and in the case of earrings (this cannot be returned for health reasons).
- All returns must be shipped insured with delivery confirmation for your protection.
- Please email your tracking number to Marcel of London (returns@marceloflondon.com) once your package has been shipped.
- Upon receipt and approval of your return, you will be issued a store merchandise credit good for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
